The Zoom H3-VR Handy Audio Recorder is a compact recorder with a built-in Ambisonics mic array for 360 audio capture, featuring integrated Ambisonics A-to-B conversion for VR, AR, music, film, and live streaming applications. It has four microphone capsules supporting Ambisonics, stereo binaural, and standard stereo modes, recording full-sphere surround sound at up to 24-bit / 96 kHz with real-time stereo/binaural monitoring. The H3-VR includes an onboard decoder, 6-axis motion sensor for automatic mic positioning, dual 3.5mm headphone and line outputs with independent volume control, easy-to-use LCD and menu controls, remote access via iOS H3-VR Control app or BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter, and multiple power options including AA batteries or USB. It also features a built-in limiter and high-pass filter for precise audio capture.
