This is an Ambico The Shade + focusing hood with an assortment of masks. This kit will allow you to screw it onto the front of your lens and extend it out for whatever lens you’re using. It also takes the masks or gelatin filters in the front. Comes with an assortment of masks.
This Hood is in excellent condition and shows normal wear. Comes with the 58MM Adapter.
